3T was founded in 1961 by Mario Dedioniggi. Dedioniggi was a talented engineer ahead of its time. He knew how to attract cyclists, offering handlebars, stems, seatposts and frame made from aluminum and not steel as it was in at the time.

An ingenious creator
It is for their handlebars that 3T became very famous. The first handlebar, Ergal 250g Superleggera, appeared in 1975, and 40 years later it is still admired. This handlebar allowed Francesco Moser to set a new world record for the distance riden in one hour (51.151 km).A revolution at all levels
