Troy Lee Designs Helmets for Uncompromising Protection
Safety is at the heart of the Troy Lee Designs philosophy, and this is reflected in the helmet range of this new collection. The D4 Composite model, with its lightweight aeronautical-grade shell, integrates the Mips® C2 protection system and a high-flow ventilation system for optimal comfort. For a more accessible option without sacrificing safety, the D4 Polyacrylite helmet offers the same key technologies like Mips® C2 and high-performance ventilation, within a robust shell and an anatomical design.
For enduro, the Stage stands out as the lightest and most versatile full-face helmet, combining EPP and EPS for effective protection at all speeds, with a ventilated chin bar for maximum breathability. Young riders are not left out with the SE4 Polyacrylite helmet, equipped with the Mips® system and an EPP chin bar for protection adapted to demanding riding.
In the category of trail and all-mountain MTB helmets, the Flowline SE and the A3 set new standards. The Flowline SE, e-bike certified and rated five stars by Virginia Tech, integrates Mips® technology, 14 vents, and a Fidlock® magnetic buckle system. The A3 helmet, on the other hand, is a leader in protection and fit, with its EPP/EPS co-molded construction, 16 optimized vents, a Magnajust® visor, and a Sweat Glide system for effective sweat management. To keep your helmets in perfect condition, replacement visors are available for the D3, D4, and A3 models.
Troy Lee Designs Apparel: Style and Performance on the Trails
The new Troy Lee Designs collection also offers a range of apparel designed for mountain biking, combining functionality and aesthetics. The Skyline shorts, a bestseller, are appreciated for their robustness, relaxed fit, and modernized fabrics, often Bluesign certified. For enhanced protection, the Rockfight CE chest protector is designed to withstand impacts. It combines a RockFight base with EPP for low-speed impacts and a flexible, removable D3O back insert for more violent impacts, all in a slim, breathable, and lightweight profile.
The collaboration between Troy Lee Designs and Crankbrothers gives rise to a stylish and practical multi-tool. Its magnetic housing serves as a handle for its 15 tools, including a chain tool, hex wrenches, screwdrivers, spoke wrenches, and a Torx, as well as a built-in bottle opener, to be ready for any eventuality on the trails.
