Jackets for All Conditions with the Castelli Collection
The new Castelli collection offers an extensive range of jackets designed to protect you from the elements while ensuring optimal breathability. The Castelli Perfetto RoS jacket is a must-have, offering exceptional wind protection and water resistance, with cutting-edge breathability thanks to Polartec® AirCore™ or GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric. Ideal for temperatures ranging from 4°C to 14°C, it excels in both dry and wet conditions.
For colder conditions, the Castelli Alpha 150 jacket is your ally, combining a protective Polartec® AirCore™ outer layer and a Polartec® Alpha™ insulating lining to tackle temperatures from -2°C to 10°C. The Castelli Competizione jacket offers very warm protection for cold conditions, including light rain, thanks to its Polartec® AirCore™ membrane and its internal micro-grid fleece.
For intense rides in cool weather, the Castelli Do di Ci jacket stands out with its next-generation breathability, the result of exclusive Castelli Ristretto technology, allowing for efficient sweat evaporation between 8°C and 15°C. The Castelli Entrata jacket is a mid-weight model, with windproof front protection and a thermal back for better breathability, suitable for temperatures from 6°C to 15°C. The Castelli Espresso Air jacket takes breathability and warmth to a higher level with Ristretto Warm fabric, fleece-lined and DWR treated for protection against light rain, ideal from 0°C to 10°C.
In case of unexpected showers, the Castelli Emergency jacket is a lightweight and packable option, fully waterproof and windproof thanks to its 3-layer Deluge fabric. Finally, the Castelli Aria Shell jacket is an ultra-light and compact windbreaker, featuring stretch breathable panels, perfect for extending the temperature range of your favorite outfits.
Castelli Jerseys for Comfort and Performance
The new Castelli collection also includes a selection of jerseys designed to adapt to various conditions. The Castelli Puro long-sleeve jersey provides mid-weight warmth with excellent moisture management and 360° reflectivity, ideal for cool days between 0°C and 10°C. The Castelli Espresso Thermal long-sleeve jersey offers soft warmth and exceptional comfort thanks to its stretchy fleece-lined fabric, perfect for temperatures from 12°C to 18°C, with a zippered pocket for your valuables.
For warmer days (18°C-35°C), the Castelli Competizione short-sleeve jersey is a versatile, breathable, and lightweight model, featuring Strada micromesh and Tailwind fabrics for a perfect fit and effective moisture management. The Espresso SOG (Spirit Of Gravel) collection offers jerseys like the Castelli Espresso SOG Kristine, which uses the fit of classic Espresso summer jerseys, optimized for breathability and aerodynamics, with secure pockets and enhanced comfort.
Castelli Bib Shorts, the Alliance of Warmth and Comfort
The bib shorts from the new Castelli collection are designed for long-distance comfort and thermal protection. The Castelli Espresso long bib shorts are ideal for most winter rides (4°C-15°C), using Thermoflex fabric for warmth and softness, and integrating the Progetto X2 Air Seamless chamois for unparalleled comfort. For cool autumn and spring days, the Castelli Omloop Thermal short bib shorts offer extreme comfort with their Thermoflex fabric and Progetto X2 Air Seamless chamois, cut just above the knee.
For the coldest rides, the Castelli Polare long bib shorts are designed for sub-zero temperatures (-5°C-5°C), with a Polartec® AirCore™ front panel for complete wind protection and Thermoflex fleece on the seat and back of the legs, complemented by the KISS Air2 chamois.
Technical Base Layers and Castelli Accessories
Don't underestimate the importance of the first layer. The Castelli Flanders long-sleeve base layer is Castelli's warmest base layer, featuring SottoZero fleece and a half-zip collar for cold conditions (-2°C-10°C). The Castelli Medio long-sleeve base layer offers medium insulation and maximum moisture management for cool conditions (4°C-14°C).
To complete your gear, the Castelli Espresso SOG collection also offers a functional cap, made from recycled polyester fibers for excellent moisture wicking and UPF 50 protection, ideal for warm days.
