Cycling Shoes from the New Northwave Collection for Every Terrain
The new Northwave collection offers an impressive range of footwear, engineered to meet the specific demands of each discipline. Whether for mountain biking or road cycling, the focus is on power transfer, grip, and customizable comfort.
For winter MTB adventures, the Northwave Celsius XT Arctic and Celsius XT shoes are your essential allies. They feature a Gore-Tex® membrane, guaranteeing an optimal balance between waterproofing and breathability. The X-Dial SLW3 closure system provides precise adjustment, while the 4-layer Arctic footbed and Primaloft Gold thermal padding (for the Arctic model) ensure warmth and insulation. The Jaws Evo sole, with its robust lugs, promises superior grip and stability, even on the most challenging surfaces.
MTB enthusiasts will find their match with the Northwave Spider Plus, Hammer Plus, and Corsair models. The Spider Plus stands out with its Michelin X-Crossbow sole featuring self-cleaning lugs for excellent grip and its thermo-welded construction offering protection and lightness. The Hammer Plus, ideal for outdoor weekends, combines comfort, breathability, and a Jaws Evo sole designed for performance and walking. The Corsair, perfect for intense mountain trail rides, is equipped with a Damp Evo sole that optimizes bike control and walking comfort. All these models benefit from the SLW3 tightening system, often complemented by a Velcro strap, for micrometric adjustment.
On the road, the new Northwave collection shines with the Veloce Extreme, Revolution, and Core Plus shoes. The Veloce Extreme, developed in Italy with champion Filippo Ganna, features a 100% unidirectional carbon sole with a stiffness index of 15 and the patented PowerShape system for maximum power transfer. The Revolution shoes incorporate a Morph Carbon composite sole and a dual ventilation system, while the Core Plus is equipped with an NRG Air Carbon Reinforced sole. These models offer precise fitting thanks to the double or single SLW3 dial and optimized ventilation for long rides.
