Full MTB protection, safety equipment
Essential for MTB disciplines such as enduro, freeride or DH, protective jackets are a piece of equipment that must be part of the wardrobe of the true rider as well as a MTB full-face helmet and knee pads.
The full body MTB protection, also known as a back protector or protective jacket, is the gear that will fully protect the upper body of the rider
It's a complete vest in which are included:
- Elbow pads,
- A pectoral protection,
- Shoulder pads,
- And of course the back protector.
In recent years microfibre has been used to design the base of the vest. A full MTB protection therefore has the same properties as a MTB jersey, for example. It evacuates perspiration, does not irritate the skin and keeps the body dry. Protections are then added to the vest. For the most part they are directly sewn on the vest.
